e-Training
Beginning in 2012, API will be offering e-Training programs accessible to API athletes and athletes worldwide. The first round of API e-Training programs will focus on corrective exercise strategies for the following:
- Foot Stability
- Ankle Mobility
- Knee Stability
- Hip Mobility
- Core Stability
- Thoracic Mobility
- Scapular Stability
- Shoulder Mobility
- Balance and Propriception
- Upper- and Lower-Crossed Syndrome
