The Official Performance Training Partner of

Green Hornets Football is excited to announce Athletic Performance, Inc. (API) as our "Official Performance Training Partner". Through this partnership, Green Hornets Football players will have the opportunity to take part in a number of training programs designed to help them improve on football-specific athletic skills including speed, strength, flexibility, change-of-direction, and upper- and lower-body power production.

GREEN HORNETS FOOTBALL and API are pleased to offer SPEED and ATHLETIC MOVEMENT CLINICS Over the Christmas-New Year's Break (Would make a Great Christmas Present):

These 90-minute clinic will introduce fundamental principles of Speed Development, Multi-Directional Agility, Athletic Coordination and Dynamic Flexibility training. Each clinic will be coordinated by Olympic Gold Medalist sprinter and API Performance Coach, Bernard Williams (Olympic Gold and Silver Medal Winner).

Who?    Green Hornets and AAYFA Football Players (ages 7-14)

When?  Tuesday, April 3rd 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Wednesday, April 4th 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Thursday, April 5th 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
