"My experience as an API athlete has been extremely beneficial. Each one of the coaches has taken the time to get to know me and they constantly
push me to my full potential. Each time I finish a session, I know I am leaving better then I came. The entire API coaching staff has helped build
my confidence and together they have taught me that being the best at everything is not important, what is important is that I am the best I can be
and that I always push myself to be better." Claire Horn, Field Hockey Severna Park High School & LeHigh University
