Yoga for the student-athlete. A perfect compliment to our strength, speed and conditioning program. Performance Yoga will increase athletic performance, reduce the risk of injury and enhance mental focus and concentration. A non-traditional program with modifications emphasizing:

Group Training Pricing Structure

6 sessions = $180 (2 payments of $100) - 9 sessions = $230 (2 payments of $125)
 

Team Training Pricing Structure

Athletes training under a TEAM TRAINING agreement are required to make a $100 initial deposit. You will be billed for the remaining balance once the total number of team participants is determined.
