OSD is a high performance training program designed to help athletes increase their overall speed through world class instruction on efficient sprinting techniques and fundamentals. This program is coordinated by 2-time Olympic medalist and API Performance Coach, Bernard Williams.
During the program, athletes will learn the same techniques, drills, and training tips that Olympic sprinters utilize throughout their training programs. OSD training sessions emphasize:

Bernard Williams, Performance CoachBernard earned is Associate's Degree in Sports Management from Barton County Community College, as well as his Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from the University of Florida. As an athlete, Bernard is an Olympic gold medalist for the 4x100m relay in 2000, an Olympic silver medalist in the 200m in 2004, World Champion in the 4x100m relay in 2003, World Championships silver medalist for the 100m in 2001, as well as NCAA Champion in the 100m and 4x100m relay in 2000. As a coach, Bernard has trained district champions in the 100m and Junior Olympic National Competitors, as well as hosting track and field camps in the state of Florida. |
